Incredible footage, captured by MTDMFG, shows how Magna has introduced its new proprietary technology to Sunderland, producing a…
A Butler County judge in Ohio has ordered a hospital to administer Ivermectin to a ventilated COVID-19 patient, granting an emergency relief filed by the patient’s wife. Butler County Common Pleas Judge Gregory Howard ruled last week that West Chester Hospital, part of the University of Cincinnati’s health network UC Health, must “immediately administer Ivermectin” to patient Jeffrey Smith following his doctor’s prescription of 30 mg of Ivermectin for 21 days, the Ohio Capital Journal reported. Smith, 51, is a Verizon Wireless engineer in Butler County. According to the lawsuit (pdf) filed by his wife Julie Smith, Smith tested positive for COVID-19 on July 9, and…
Dominic Raab has said the central assessment of the UK government was that Kabul was “unlikely” to fall in 2021. The UK foreign secretary also disclosed he had overseen high-level talks between the UK and Pakistan to discuss the Afghan crisis and would be heading to the region imminently. He told MPs on the Commons foreign affairs select committee: “The central assessment that we were operating to, and it was certainly backed up by the JIC (joint intelligence committee) and the military, is that the most likely, the central proposition, was that given the troop withdrawal by the end of…
The Manchester City footballer Benjamin Mendy will remain in custody before a potential trial on rape charges after a bail application was refused. The 27-year-old French international has been in custody at HMP Altcourse in Merseyside since last Friday, when he appeared at Chester magistrates court charged with four counts of rape and one of sexual assault. On Wednesday, a further bail application was made at Chester crown court in a hearing held behind closed doors, which lasted about 50 minutes. Mendy did not attend court. The honorary recorder of Chester, Judge Steven Everett, refused the application, a court spokesperson…

The spokesperson also confirmed all of the cases identified are among residents and staff who are fully vaccinated against the virus. It’s understood at least three of the cases confirmed are among staff who are now self-isolating at home. The remaining residents who tested positive are being treated in isolation in…
The Australian federal government last week passed a sweeping surveillance bill that would grant top law enforcement agencies the authority to take over social media accounts and hack the devices of individuals suspected of participating in serious online crime. The Surveillance Legislation Amendment (Identity and Disrupt) Bill 2020 passed both houses of federal parliament on Aug. 25, and introduces three new powers which Home Affairs Minister Karen Andrews argues will assist law enforcement in keeping up with evolving technologies to protect Australians. Specifically, the legislation grants the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) the power to modify or delete…
Britain and America officially ended their military presence in Afghanistan late last night with the final US troops flying out from Kabul’s airport – leaving behind hundreds of citizens and Afghan allies desperate to flee the country now in the hands of the Taliban. A night-vision image showed America’s Major General Chris Donahue, commander of the 82nd Airborne Division, boarding a military transport as the last US soldier to leave Afghanistan after 20 years of war. The RAF had made its last evacuation flight on Sunday to give US forces enough time to clear the ground ahead of the deadline set by Joe Biden, bringing to an end…
JOE BIDEN should be impeached for “the worst domestic agenda in the history of the United States” that risks destroying the country “at its core”, according to a Republican state representative from Florida. Anthony Sabatini, who will run for Congress as an “American First” candidate in next year’s elections, described the US President’s economic plans as “evil” and “insane” and a flagrant attempt to build socialism in the USA. Mr Biden scored a major political victory last week when the House of Representatives passed his $3.5tn budget blueprint, billed as the biggest boost in decades for US families. The blueprint authorises spending…
Leeds are set to sign Daniel James from Manchester United for £24m, more than two years after they almost signed him on loan. Despite starting the victory against Wolves on Sunday, the Wales forward has been used sparingly at Old Trafford under Ole Gunnar Solskjær and the impending arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus means the 23-year-old will be even further down the pecking order after United also signed Jadon Sancho for £73m from Borussia Dortmund. Leeds approached United over a deal and it is set to go through shortly given personal terms have already been agreed. James is due to have…
The FBI allegedly paid a publisher of white supremacist literature more than $144,000 over 16-plus years to serve as a confidential informant, according to recent filings in an ongoing domestic extremism case. These allegations were made earlier this month by Kaleb Cole, an accused member of the white supremacist group Atomwaffen. Cole was arrested in February 2020 for allegedly participating in an Atomwaffen intimidation campaign against Jewish people and journalists of color. On Aug. 13, Cole filed a motion to suppress evidence seized during the FBI’s search of his Texas home. According to Cole, the FBI failed to disclose the sordid background of one of its…
