Amazon has promised 500 extra permanent jobs at its new centre in Doncaster. The positions include managers, engineers, HR and IT roles for the warehouse, which handles customers’ orders. The new site is due to open next year and will be Amazon’s third in Doncaster. It means it will have more than 1,000 full-time employees in the city by the end of next year.
