Two runners have died after collapsing at the finishing line of the Cardiff Half Marathon. A 27-year-old man has been shot dead by a cyclist in the Belle Vale area of Liverpool, Merseyside Police says. Two police officers have been slashed after responding to reports of a fight in a house in north London.
