GIANLUIGI DONNARUMMA EYES TROPHIES – He begins life at Man City following his move from PSG with an eye on winning the biggest trophies
Gianluigi Donnarumma began life at Manchester City yesterday September 11th following his deadline day move from Paris St Germain with an eye on winning the biggest trophies.
City signed the Italian goalkeeper for a fee of around 30million euros on a five-year deal until June 2030.
The Italian number one had been effectively axed from the PSG squad by manager Luis Enrique despite playing an instrumental role in their historic treble-winning campaign last season.
The 26-year-old who has captained Italy since Euro 2024 replaces Ederson between the sticks for City with the Brazilian goalkeeper leaving for Turkey’s Fenerbahce.
