LONDON SOUTHEND AIRPORT CLOSES AFTER PLANE CRASH- 4 deceased have been confirmed from the crash A small plane crashed at London Southend airport on Sunday, and four people are reported to have died from the plane crash. The Beechcraft B200 aircraft crashed at about 4pm, soon after taking off from the airport in Essex. THAMES WATER ANNOUNCES HOSEPIPE BAN- in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire from 22 July Thames Water has announced a hosepipe ban with claims that a dry spring and summer has severely reduced water supplies. The ban affecting Oxfordshire, Berkshire , Gloucestershire and Wiltshire will  come into effect from Tuesday,  22 July.
