DUTCH COURT TO HEAR CIVIL CASE AGAINST GATES! – Judges in the Netherlands reject jurisdiction challenge in Covid vaccine lawsuit
A court in the Netherlands ruled that it can proceed with a civil case involving Bill Gates, Albert Bourla the CEO of Pfizer and Mark Rutter the former Netherlands Prime Minister and several other defendants over claims linked to Covid-19 vaccines.
The lawsuit was brought by a group of Dutch plaintiffs who allege they were misled about vaccine safety and effectiveness during the pandemic. Gates’ legal team argued that Dutch courts did not have jurisdiction because he does not live in the Netherlands, but judges rejected the challenge and allowed the case to move forward.
The case is a civil lawsuit and not a criminal prosecution. Gates and the others have denied wrongdoing, and no criminal charges have been filed against him. The case is expected to continue through the Dutch civil court system in the months ahead as arguments over liability and pandemic policy are examined further.
