UK AGENCY SAYS GEOENGINEERING EXPERIMENTS FUNDED BY UK GOVT- Professor Pierrehumbert says geoengineering has troubling implications for global society. MINIMUM AGE FOR TRAIN DRIVERS TO BE LOWERED IN GREAT BRITAIN- 25%-30% of approx. 27,000 drivers in Britain are due to retire soon.
