KING CHARLES VISITS CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW – Monarch tours world-famous garden exhibition in London
King Charles III and Queen Camilla visited the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in London on Monday, as the world-renowned gardening event opened for its annual showcase.
Charles, who serves as Patron of the Royal Horticultural Society, toured the gardens at the Royal Hospital Chelsea and met with designers and exhibitors, including King’s Foundation ambassadors David Beckham and Alan Titchmarsh.
This year’s show focuses on themes including innovation, natural landscapes and the future of gardening and sustainability.
The Chelsea Flower Show, first held in 1913, is regarded as one of the world’s most prestigious horticultural events and will open to the public from Tuesday through Saturday.
