REFORM TARGETS LABOUR HEARTLANDS – Polling suggests cabinet seats at risk

Reform UK says internal polling suggests the party could unseat several senior Labour figures at the next general election, following major gains in recent local elections.

The polling indicates Reform could take more than 100 seats from Labour, including constituencies held by senior cabinet ministers such as Yvette Cooper, Bridget Phillipson and Lisa Nandy.

The projections also suggest Reform could take the constituency of Angela Rayner after the party gained control of Tameside council in Greater Manchester during last week’s local elections.

Labour suffered heavy losses across England and Wales, with Reform making significant advances in former Labour strongholds in the North, adding to growing pressure on Prime Minister Keir Starmer and his leadership.
