TECH LEADERS PRAISE TRUMP – U.S President hosts White House dinner focusing on AI & Innovation

President Trump hosted a high-profile dinner last night with more than two dozen of the country’s most powerful technology executives, including Mark Zuckerberg, Tim Cook, Bill Gates, and Sam Altman.

The event, which was moved to the White House State Dining Room due to weather, saw industry leaders praise the administration’s stance on artificial intelligence and business.

During the dinner, executives highlighted major investments in U.S. infrastructure and manufacturing, with Meta’s founder Mark Zuckerberg estimating that his company and its peers would pour more than 600 billion dollars into the U.S. by 2028.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman called President Trump ‘a pro-business, pro-innovation president,’ underscoring a significant shift in the relationship between Silicon Valley and the administration since the 2024 election.
