MESSI AND INTER MIAMI CRUSHED 3-0 AT HOME TO ORLANDO CITY – Orlando City beat Inter Miami for the first time in nearly two years for a 3-0 victory

Luis Muriel, Marco Pasa-lic and Dagur Thor-hall-sson all found the back of the net as Orlando City crushed in-state rivals Inter Miami for the first time in nearly two years for a 3-0 victory in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Orlando extended their unbeaten streak to 11 matches and beat Miami for the first time with Lionel Messi in its lineup, as they leapfrogged them into fifth place in the Eastern Conference.

Orlando took advantage of Miami’s defensive lapses on counterattacks in the 43rd minute when goalkeeper Pedro Gallese put Muriel through, with the Colombian making no mistake in front of goal.

Ten minutes later and Orlando where 2-0 up when Pasalic fired home, with the ball going between the legs of Miami goalie David Ustari.

Orlando added a third in stoppage time when Duncan McGuire crossed to Thorhallsson, who tapped past Ustari.
