POLAND’S PARLIAMENT SPEAKER CUT OFF BY U.S- U.S will not permit harm to the U.S.–Polish relations, nor disrespect to the U.S President
The U.S. ambassador in Warsaw cut off contact with Poland’s parliament speaker today, accusing him of insulting U.S President Donald Trump after he criticized the president’s policies.
Czarzasty, leader of The Left, and the junior coalition partner in the government, said on Monday (February 2) that he would not support an initiative put forward by the U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Mike Johnson and Israeli Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana to rally heads of parliaments to nominate Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2026 for his efforts to bring peace to the Middle East.
Czarzasty, accused President Trump of destabilizing the situation in (international) organizations by claiming that he was representing the politics of force and using force to pursue a transactional policy
U.S Ambassador in response has stated that Washington will have no further “dealings, contacts, or communications” with the Polish Parliament speaker, effective iAmbassador Rose said that the speaker’s outrageous and unprovoked insults directed against President Trump is a serious impediment to U.S relations with the Polish Prime Minister Tusk and his government. Rose further added that the U.S will not permit harm to the U.S.–Polish relations, nor disrespect to the U.S President, who has done so much for Poland and the Polish people.”
