STARMER URGES IRAN AND ISRAEL TO ‘STEP BACK’ AFTER STRIKES TARGETING TEHRAN – Israel launched airstrikes on Iran
Prime Minister Keir Starmer said today that Israel’s strikes on Iran are ‘concerning’ and called on all parties to step back and reduce tensions urgently.
Posting comments on his social media account, Starmer said stability must be the priority.
British Foreign Minister David Lammy, also posted, urged ‘all parties to show restraint,’ calling it a ‘dangerous moment’.
